For this lifestyle hotel situated in the hotspot of Rotterdam we are looking for an authentic, passionate and proactive Intern Quality & Duty Management who enjoys giving every guest a "nhow" experience.

You are the person we are looking for!
What are you going to do?
During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will work at all the departments to be trained. After that, you independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty who also monitors the quality for our hotel. You are part of the Management Team and you are the first contact for guests. You also guarantee the quality requirements and standards form the NH Hotel Group. You have an exemplary function and proactively contribute improvements. In addition, you assist guests with questions, comments and complaints and, if necessary, you assist at other departments whenever it is needed most. You know the hotel, your colleagues and the guests like no other. As a result, your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management are developed quickly and you will be fully prepared for your career as a Young Professional in the hospitality industry.
